Contemporary Design

We are pushing out the traditional boundaries of gilding technique by producing highly textured original gilt surfaces and panels.

We have designed and made a number of mirrors incorporating these panels and we are working on other projects such as wall panels and boxes.

These highly textured and coloured surfaces have great potential and we are looking forward to discovering more applications for them and collaborating with others.

          

Contemporary Mirrors

We have recently produced a number of more modern mirrors with faceted, contoured, or pierced gilt panels in a wood frame.

These are available for sale together with more traditional designs inspired by the work of Augustus Pugin the Victorian Gothic Revivalist Architect. These can be viewed in the Gallery.
